I highly recommend Bouncing Buddies! This bouncy-house company owned and run by Miguel and Alex, two very hardworking brothers. They are prompt, efficient, kind...from booking communication, pre-event confirmation, arrival and setup, to sanitizing and takedown... everything was seamless and worth every penny! Thank you both and your company for the most professional and understanding work ever. This company worked with us for a very unconventional Memorial/Celebration of Life for my father. On 5/21/22 they came out on time with everything they needed, they asked the right questions to quickly set up and had it cleaned and sterilized right after it was setup, which was very reassuring that they cared for our children and our well-being. They promptly arrived at the scheduled ending time, cleaned their equipment that our loving kids demolished, we were at a State Park and the kids socks tracked EVERYTHING in. They didn’t complain, or give us any trouble. This company will be the only one we will ever use in the future.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I got with Miguel and Alex. Very personable and friendly even despite my request (twice) to re-position the bounce house during g setup. They showed up an hour early and even let me keep it an hour late. Kids had a blast in it (we got the double slides with water bounce house). Literally had kids using it the whole time. I would highly recommend and look forward to using Bouncing Buddies again.
