Product Information:
- Limited city or community park deliveries (subject to fee)
- Unable to go over curbs or navigate stairs
- Setup area must be mostly level
- Minimum 36" wide entry required (e.g., gates, etc.)
- One 15-amp circuit required within 75 feet of the setup area
- Items prohibited in/around the inflatable:
- Shoes
- Drinks
- Candy
- Gum
- Glitter
- Sparkles
- Face paint
- Confetti
- Silly string
- Water balloons
- Animals
- Grass stakes are used for setups on grass surfaces
- Sandbags are available for an extra fee for hard surface setups
- When selecting times, please provide your event's start and end times
- Deliveries begin at 8 AM
- Pick-ups till 9 PM
- Overnight rentals may have pick-ups starting as early as 8 AM the next day
