At Bouncing Buddies, we want to ensure that all of our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience with our bounce houses. Therefore, we have developed a rain policy to outline what happens in the event of inclement weather or high winds.

If there is any precipitation forecasted, or if the wind speeds are above 15 mph on the day of your reservation, we cannot set up the bounce house due to safety concerns. We understand that the weather can be unpredictable, and we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation for a different day or time, subject to availability.

In the event of a cancellation due to rain, high winds, or inclement weather, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any reservation due to weather-related safety concerns, including high winds.

Any lost playing time due to weather will have no refund or “deals”

First of all, thank you! You are supporting a local business that strives to deliver the best service. 

Once you book, you should receive a email that states that we received your deposit. If we have questions or any concerns about your event, you will receive a call from us. These calls are very important and must be answered or returned before your event. If we receive no forms of communication after our attempts, your event may be cancelled. 

After, a couple days prior to your event we will give you a call about our delivery time. Our deliveries usually start around 8:00 AM

Due to the absurd amount of cancellations for reasons other than weather. We have decided to implement a deposit/booking fee. These $5 will be applied to your total. The $5 is refundable, if you or Bouncing Buddies cancels your rental due to weather.

When booking with us, we charge a $5 deposit fee on a card. The remainder will be charged the day of your rental. We can charge the card on file (with fee) or take a separate payment like cash, check, venmo, or a different card (with fee).

We also accept card transactions with a 2.9% fee.

YES! We price match. We only offer price match if the inflatable is no more then 2 feet off by each dimension and must be a inflatable that’s 30 miles within Lacey, WA.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags and or water bags.

NO! we will arrive 15-30 minutes before your time slot and make sure its up by then. Your time slot will not be affected with setup and teardown.

Wear and tear is normal. but if an inflatable is damaged due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence then you will be charged accordingly.

Every bounce house is thoroughly cleaned after every rental.
